What is Energy Healing?

Everyone has 4 "Bodies" of Energy: Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. These bodies of energy are what make up our energetic Aura. While they are independent of each other, if one is out of balance, you will feel lack or discomfort in your life (usually with your health, relationships, or money.) Just as you can heal your physical body through diet and exercise, there are also methods of healing your other energy bodies. I perform a specific kind of Energy Healing Modality called Reiki.

WHAT IS REIKI?

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and our universe, and is the core mechanism that sustains all life on this planet. If one's "life force energy" called Qi is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If it is high, then we are more capable of being happy and healthy. It is a simple, all natural and safe method of healing.

HOW DOES REIKI WORK?

Reiki is considered a "hands-on" healing technique in which the practitioner positions their hands either on, or right above, the various energy centers of the body (called Chakras.) There are essentially 7 MAIN chakras of the body from head to toe that the practitioner works to re-balance and activate the flow of energy or "chi." Various sensations can be felt during a session, depending on each person, that can range from a feeling a warmth, tingling, increased relaxation to literally nothing at all. However, feeling nothing DOES NOT mean the energy isn't flowing through the body. Many people will also typically fall asleep during a session.

IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT REIKI

The Reiki practitioner is simply a "channel" or conduit of the life force energy and does not actively direct the energy. Therefore, Reiki energy is always positive and loving and cannot cause harm. It has a "built-in" protection against negative energies.

Reiki energy transcends time and space; therefore it can be sent at a distance anywhere in the world and can be programmed to arrive at a time in the past, present, or future.

Reiki energy is a limitless source of universal energy - therefore it does not deplete the energy of the practitioner channeling the Reiki.

Integrative Energy Healing Sessions: $150 for 90 Minute Session

This all-inclusive 90-minute energy healing session features an array of energetic and metaphysical tools including: Reiki and Chakra balancing, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, Astrology, and Intuitive Coaching (Intuitive Nutritional Therapy) to re-balance the individual's bio-energy field.

Initial Reiki Consultation:

$90 for 75 Minute Session

This initial session includes a 30-minute consultation identifying areas of focus for the session and a 30-minute treatment with time at the end to discuss observations and recommendations moving forward.

1 Hour Follow-up Sessions: $80

Includes a 15 min. consultation and 30-minute treatment with time at the end to discuss observations and recommendations moving forward.

Distance Reiki Sessions:

$ 70 for 30 Minutes - A quick over the phone check-in followed by a 20 min. distance treatment and follow-up call discussing observations and recommendations moving forward.

*** I do currently offer in-person Reiki Sessions in the comfort of your own home. Additional travel fees of $1 per mile applies for locations further than 10 miles from Hanover, PA.

Animal Reiki Sessions:

All animals can benefit from Reiki in general health and well-being. Reiki is one of many tools that can be used to support animal health and is complementary to traditional veterinary care and other alternative healing practices.

Animals are highly sensitive to the energies of their surroundings and intuitively understand Reiki as a healing energy. Reiki balances the energy patterns and strengthens the animal's natural healing systems. When the animal's healing systems are performing at an optimum level, the body, mind and spirit can heal itself. Reiki helps animals in many ways.

Aiding in pain management for animals who are ill or injured
Promoting relaxation and calm for animals with emotional issues, separation anxiety or stress
Increasing the bond between human and animal-a great way to ease an animals transition to a new home environment or to enhance training your pet.
Bringing peace and comfort to a dying pet by easing the transition into death.
facilitating other healing responses, including reduced tumor sizes.

Reiki Sessions for Pets

$ 70 for 1 Hour- Includes a 15 minute consultation to discuss your animal's individual issues and healing needs. Then a healing session focused on correcting the natural healing systems inside your pet.
